The shop space that AsianBakes is occupying is up for rent. If you are planning to open
your bakery, this shop may just be the space you are looking for. It is 730 square feet, has
3-phase electricity and comes with bakery display shelves and cashier countertop. All the
equipment stated below are still in the shop.

About AsianBakes:
In 2006, Oi Lin, a 38-year-old Singaporean former school teacher, set up Boostprints
Educational to publish cookbooks as well as to design cupcake boxes.
Thousands of copies as well as boxes have been sold since the first Boostprints
cookbook 'Delicious Asian Sweet Treats' started appearing in retail stores.
In early 2009, Oi Lin set up AsianBakes, a bakery specialising in chiffon cakes,
cupcakes and cookies. Her Pandan Chiffon Cake was voted 'Best Texture' by a panel
of noted journalists and the newspaper article appeared in 20 June 2010 Sunday
Times Lifestyle.
After 3 years, in early 2012, Oi Lin decided to cease operations of AsianBakes so as
to spend more time with her husband and children. During this sabbatical break, she
plans to enjoy life, do more travelling with her family and publish more cookbooks.
(And also to start preparing her children for that all-important PSLE.)
She retains directorship of AsianBakes Pte Ltd and has plans to re-start the bakery in
the future (after PSLE).
